The big breaking news today (June 28, 2017) has been that there are going to be changes coming to the attraction Pirates of the Caribbean at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Apparently, the are going to be changing the scene where they auction off the women (WE WANTS THE RED HEAD!!!). Here is the link to the article by Inside the Magic

I know people within the Disney community are mad that they are going to be changing the scene, but I see this as a good thing. Remember the reaction everyone had when they announced Pandora for the first time....a lot of people said stuff like..."avatar doesn't belong at Disney"..."I will never step foot inside Animal Kingdom again". These same people were the same ones that when Pandora opened, they sang it's praises. Just give it a chance. I am looking forward to see how this scene will be looking like at the end. Plus, Imagineering Ambassador Marty Sklar and Kathy Mangum of WDI (Walt Disney Imagineering) have nothing but good things to say about it. I trust them 100% just as I trust Joe Rohde when it came to Pandora and the Guardians of the Galaxy overlay at Disney California Adventure.
